Live to Imagine Released

Well, there we were, ready to jump on the BLOG wagon and do some regular postings. Seemed like a fairly simple thing to do. One thing we didn’t count on: finding the time to sit down and write the postings! We’ll try to do better in the future.

A lot has happened since the last time. We’ve just released our new anthology of short story contest winners, entitled LIVE TO IMAGINE. And what an impressive list of authors! We’ve got famous authors, unknown-but-soon-to-be-famous authors, famous people who are becoming famous authors, just about any type of author you’d want.

Francis W. Porretto (first place short story), Lenny Willoughby (second place short story), Jean B. Speights (first place poetry), JE (John) Moore, Karin Konoval, Alicia Davis, Edith Thornton, Ritch Brinkley, Tish Davidson, Gail Cauble Gurley, Elizabeth Appell, Carolyn Ann Aish, and Phillip Lynne all contribute their fantastic work to this anthology.

An excerpt from the back cover: What could be more exciting than an imagination gone wild? No boundaries, no limits, no restrictions. True freedom is the freedom of the mind. Open these pages and leave the Here and Now. Take a trip back to where you’ve never been.

LIVE TO IMAGINE is now for sale on our website.

We have reached our 2005 writing contest deadline, but we’ve extended it another month for those authors who’ve said they are just now finding out about the contest and would like to enter stories. From the entries already sent in, it looks like we’re going to be working another group of incredibly talented writers.

Elizabeth Appell’s novel, Lessons From the Gypsy Camp is still bringing in rave reviews. The latest a glowing review from Midwest Book Review. Stop on by and read some more glowing reviews of this book.

We're still working on the new e-book, "Key to Love" by New Zealand author, Carolyn Ann Aish. An action/adventure/romance, "Key to Love" will be our foray into the exciting world of electronic publishing.

Well, that's it for now. We'll try to be more dilligent on posting and keeping things up-to-date. Even if we just get on here and ramble for pages about nothing.

Umm, okay, maybe not.

Have you mailed out the complimentaries? My wife won't believe I got a story into actual print until she sees it with her own two jaundiced eyes.
